Horrible customer care. They didn’t have what I ordered, which they informed me days later after ordering it. I asked to cancel it while it still had not shipped yet. Only the label had been created. They still shipped it anyways, blaming that I emailed after they shipped it. Which was a lie. They just didn’t check their emails before it shipped. I said I wanted a refund and they offered me $5! They’re insane I paid $216! Horrible communication do not by from them!! Horrific!
