The phone just looks perfect. It's the aesthetic beautiful phone as promised. It used my sim card, mobile net and wifi perfectly. The pictures it takes are great quality, the touchpad feels incredible! However I had a huge problem. It was constantly freezing and the battery didn't want to charge. I'm sad having to send it back, since this is my dream phone. But the seller was incredibly nice and polite, paid me back everything, paid for the return post fees as well. I recommend this seller!

Arrived way earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The packaging made me nervous at first because the phone was only wrapped in one thin layer of bubble wrap and then put inside an envelope - but when I opened it, the flip phone was working just fine! Some scratches, a few chipped corners, and dirt but I expected it anyway as a long-time tech thrifter (just clean it with alcohol and you'll be fine). Happy with my purchase, thank you.

The outer case was different than what was shown and is missing the green Mario sticker. I don't know why and I tried asking the seller and there was no response. I guess they swapped the case with a retail version of Pikmin that is exactly the same just without the sticker because they wanted to keep it. No other issues otherwise, fast shipping at a reasonable price. I would buy from them again but I would ask for updates pictures first.

I ordered the Miku with SOLWA figure, listed as brand new. It arrived much sooner than anticipated and was genuine (not bootleg), but the box was merely wrapped in bubble wrap instead of being shipped in a proper package and was thus damaged. The box and blister had also obviously been opened before (cut packing tape + removed wrapping), but the figure had minimal damage. Seller was polite and quick to respond in messages. Would recommend as long as you're not too particular about the condition.
