Taylor Lautner’s Abduction will have its official U.S. premiere tonight in Los Angeles, starting at 6:00 p.m. PT.

Lionsgate is hosting a livestream for the event on their Facebook page which you can tune into to watch. If you happen to be in the Hollywood area, though, you can head over to Grauman’s Chinese Theater and watch it live. Reportedly, the first 150 people to show will “be able to walk the red carpet.”

On Friday, Lautner will be participating in a livechat with Cambio about the film, starting at 3:00 p.m. PT, and questions can be submitted on Twitter 15 minutes beforehand until the end of the chat using the hashtag #CambioLautner. Find out more details on that here.

There are also a few “VIP Fan Premieres” taking place across the country which include a premiere livestream view in-theater as well as an early screening of the film and several merchandise items.

It really is an important month for Taylor as his new movie “Abduction” will be released in just 15 days. More stills from the film have been released and I’ve added them to the gallery.

Lionsgate is delighted to announce that Taylor Lautner will be visiting the UK this month, after fans voted in their droves to secure his visit ahead of the release of his new film ABDUCTION.

When it was announced last month that Taylor would only visit the UK if there were enough facebook ‘likes’ on www.facebook.com/abductionmovieuk, fans flocked to register their support on the page.

Today Taylor has confirmed his travel plans to London for the European Premiere of ABDUCTION on September 26th! To be in with a chance of winning tickets to the Premiere, make sure you fan the ABDUCTION UK page! ABDUCTION is a thriller that focuses on a youth (Lautner) who discovers the parents who raised him aren’t his real folks, a revelation that triggers events and leaves him running for his life. The film will open in cinemas across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday 28th September 2011.

If you’re as in love with Taylor Lautner and as excited for the release of Abduction as we are, then you’ll be happy to know that a clip from the film, which features Taylor’s beautiful if somewhat scared face, has been released and we have it right here for you.

In the clip we see Taylor being told by Sigourney Weaver to jump from a moving car. Are you MENTAL woman? Do you know what sort of damage this could do to his wonderful self?

Lily Collins is also tin the scene panicking and probably making the situation worse, as any sane girl who didn’t want to see Taylor harm his beauty would. Despite all our protestations Taylor jumps from the car anyway. He’s so manly and brave.

In his new flick, Abduction, the wunderkind seemingly tackles every stunt under the sun, from crazy driving to gunplay to smashing through anything breakable.

Ripped abs? OK, impressive. Jump kicking a dude through a window while shouting something about your lost identity? That’s heroism.

The latest TV spot for the movie injects 50cc’s of adrenaline directly into your brain, with Lautner teaming up with Sigourney Weaver (Ghostbusers, Avatar) to take down an extremely pissy Alfred Molina (Prince of Persia, Law & Order: LA). This movie isn’t giving you the time to even think about Robert Pattinson.
